Presentation is a way of communication with the audience. You can share your knowledge to the other people to write the different type of data and prepare in the form of power point & Microsoft excel. On the other hand presentation means to explain the various kinds of topics, for example you are a teacher and have to explain the one topic of the available book to your class so, & you explain this topic as a presenter. As a presenter, it is very important for you to have presentation skills otherwise you do not present the topic in front of the audience. To become a good presenter you must require to learning the presentation skills. 


On the other words presentation mean a way of communication in which you can share your thoughts and ideas with the audience and you do work as a role model. You will must require to present your topic step by step otherwise all the data are mixed and you will do not present easily it will made difficult for you on the phase before the crowd. You will have to confuse and you will do not perform as well.     


Audience need

You will create your presentation according to the audience need, similarly some people easily understand you points and your ideas & agree with you and your work but some people are not satisfy. Because your point does not match the some audience need. To make a good presenter you will satisfy the audience need and demand. You prepare your work keeping in mind according the need of the audience. If you are not well prepared to give the presentation you do not present yourself as a good presenter.  

Material

The material of your topic must be concise and clarity based. All the detail about the topic mentioned clearly and type in easy wording. If the audience understands your topic easily they will must appreciate you and like your ideas and work. So, if you prepare the presentation you will do briefly explain your ideas. And try to write the easy word as compared to the complicated words, it helps you to perform as well on the stage and the audience gives the good feedback.
